D Dentistry made my new patient visit exceptionally seamless. Everyone was extremely friendly & helpful. I’ve heard horror stories of how judgmental a Dentist office could be; but my fears have now been extinguished. I am so grateful for Dr. Dilan Munaweera and his team. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. I hadn't been to the dentist in 7 years and was super nervous about making an appointment. Katie was so kind and nonjudgmental over the phone and got me in for a cleaning and x-rays within 2 weeks. My cleaning with Angelique was strangely relaxing and not painful at all (cleanings have always been painful for me in the past). I asked her about the Sonicare toothbrush they sold since I'm an aggressive brusher. She recommended a more affordable version on Amazon to start with instead of pushing the one they sell (in case I didn't like it) and took the time to show me a video on how to use it. I ended up going with the one they offer in-office since I have an HSA, plus they have brush head replacements there. I am so happy with my purchase. My gums have never felt better and my teeth feel so clean. On to the fun part. Because I hadn't been to the dentist in 7 years, I needed a crown and many fillings replaced. I was anxious about getting x-rays because all I could think of was how awful my teeth were and how much Dr. Munaweera and Crystal (she's amazing) would let me know. But after four visits and three procedures, I have never felt one ounce of judgment from either of them. Dr. Dilan Munaweera is a perfectionist at what he does and truly cares about his patients. I've never had someone provide shots with virtually no pain. When my permanent crown arrived from the lab it did not fit, but he was able to reshape and sculpt it to the best fit yet. I still have a few more treatments left in my plan, but am so excited to go back and improve my teeth with each and every visit. Because of D Dentistry, I have my smile, bite, and oral hygiene back. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a compassionate team who is incredible at what they do. His facility is impressive, modern, and has the latest dental technology.
